I was connected with Cody through another realtor outside the area who had referred him. Cody was an investor and was living in another state.

He had acquired a property in the Old Brooklyn neighborhood and needed to sell. 

The previous occupant had neglected the home and had some hoarding tendencies. I assisted Cody while he was out of state with preparing the property & contracting a clean out service.

After having a few dumpsters full of trash removed and the clean out completed, we were able to market the property and find Cody a wholesale buyer.
