Multiple Offers

I began working with Anthony Todaro  to help him purchase a home shortly after having a conversation with him after he had reached out to me online with interest in learning about the home buying process and a few intriguing listings. After consulting with Anthony to determine his needs and purchasing strategy and ability we began our search right as the onset of COVID19 concerns began to intensify. Shortly into the process we began to see the effects of the further supply and demand shift first hand as prices and competition began to increase with rapid acceleration. As our search continued we had encountered several Multiple Offer  situations or Bidding Wars. We kept our wits about us despite the stressful emotions running high as homes we were in competition for were receiving inflated offers with prices exceeding the original list price between 10,000 & 20,000. We had also encountered a variety of other factors to contend with from the competition along the way that had us reassessing and adjusting strategy to succeed in achieving our goal.  We changed our strategy to remain competitive without foregoing the importance of inspections and other factors and continued to press on through 6 offers and lucky number 7 was the winner. In the end we were able to secure a great home for Anthony
